Sansi Kendwa Beach Resort

I had a wonderful holiday and one of the highlights of my stay was the amazing hospitality — especially from SINJORE. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and always made sure we were comfortable. He truly went above and beyond throughout our trip. We loved dancing and chatting with him whenever he was on duty — he always had a smile and positive energy. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the surprise he helped organize for my boyfriend’s birthday. Along with the rest of the staff, they prepared a beautiful romantic table on the beach for us — it was absolutely magical! Throughout our stay, the room was clean and well cared for. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Thank you so much to Sinjore and the whole team at Sansi Kendwa Beach Resort — you truly made our holiday one to remember. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property always tried to make the stay special by arranging special events for dinner, like beach parties, masai dances etc. They also arranged a special candlelit private dinner for us on the beach. Good location and great vibe and view. Manager Paul checked in every day if we were fine and his team was fantastic.

Management and staff were all very professional. I had some delays in my travel, thus getting me into Kendwa much later than originally anticipated. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to have sandwiches and snacks waiting in my room when I checked in. It was a nice surprise as I didn’t have time for a proper meal throughout the day. The manager also upgraded my package to the all inclusive which was certainly appreciated. It was these touches and the professionalism of the staff that made my stay great.

Amazing hotel. Very green! Friendly staff, everyone cares about you and try to do your holiday really excellent. Tasty food (there are no so many options but everything is delicious) and beautiful view from the hotel restaurant! There are many boats with fishermen so can see a real local life, many locals come there for n the evening to buy a fish (so interesting!). There were always free sunbeds, so you do need to care about it (like in some other hotels). Communication is great. Wifi worked mostly good (even on the beach). Everyday cleaning was great!

Where do I start?! Upon my initial contact with the front desk agent, Hilmi until Sinjore, the Masaii guard loaded my bags into the taxi; I was wowed by the genuine watmth and extreme hospitality of the staff. Other staff to call about by name are Paul, the top notch manager setting the highest example of customer relations and dining staff Philamina and Catarina and Hussein. I am so happy to have transferred here from Villa Vanilla. Do NOT stay there! Awful facility and awful staff. In addition to the amazing staff at Sansi Kendwa, the facilities are first class. Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding. The buffet was over the top with high quality, fresh ingredients with a wide variety of options. The kitchen staff missed no details on the presentation of the dishes and they tasted delicious. And, the setting! Picture post card sums it up...beautiful white sand beach against the turquoise backdrop of the gentle ocean. An amazing all around facility!
